The next iteration of the Isadora Duncan International Symposium is being planned to take place in London in August 2019. The site of Isadora's first significant foray in Europe, and where she first encountered the majestic Elgin Marbles, the inspiring Tanaga Figures, as well as artists, writers, poets, musicians, royal patrons, and the social elites who helped foster her fledgling career, we anticipate an incredible set of days spent in session and exploring the historical sites of this tremendous city.
Cynthia Word and Ingrid Zimmer will be presenting a workshop, “Contemporary Text and Classical Music”.
